Legionella Testing

Our flagship service. Legionella testing kits for households and businesses of all sizes, with UKAS-accredited laboratory analysis and results returned within 12 working days. Ideal for landlords fulfilling their legal duty of care, businesses managing workplace water safety, and healthcare premises maintaining compliance with CQC and HSE standards. All kits include full sample collection guidance, pre-paid return packaging, and personal support from our team.

Microbiology Testing

Comprehensive microbiological water analysis covering the five key indicators most relevant to UK water safety: Total Viable Count at 22°C, Total Viable Count at 37°C, E. coli, coliform bacteria, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Each of these tests tells a different story about the health and hygiene of your water system, and together they provide a thorough picture of any risks that may be present. Particularly recommended for care homes, dental practices, GP surgeries, hotels, and any premises where vulnerable individuals are present.

Metals Testing

Water can carry dissolved metals — including lead, copper, iron, manganese, and others — at concentrations that may pose a health risk over time. Our metals testing service analyses water samples for key inorganic contaminants in line with the UK Drinking Water Regulations. Particularly useful for older properties with lead pipework, premises drawing from private boreholes, or businesses in industries where metal contamination is a known risk.

Soil Testing

For properties with private water sources, boreholes, or wells — or where land contamination may affect water quality — our soil testing service provides analytical data that supports both water safety assessments and broader environmental or planning requirements. Our accredited laboratory partner carries out full soil analysis and returns results with a clear written interpretation.
